"Wonderful service after panic call for husband with complicated serious health issues"

(as a carer),

Having had a wonderful experience a while ago, I needed to call 999 once more, a few days later after my husband had returned home. He has complicated health issues which were again causing problems.

However, I cannot believe how wonderfully supportive they were to myself (wife) after I 'flipped' while they were here, with long term care stress. They analysed my panic, fear, problems and made a decision for my benefit, taking my husband back into hospital.

I cannot tell you how relieved I felt at their concern for me, and my thankfulness at dealing with my issues. It took me all day to stop being upset, and I want to add that all the Poole Hospital staff were great too in how they supported my needs for a change.

Again, we so underestimate the professionalism and caring approach of our NHS medical staff.
