After twelve years of problems with my knee and five operations, had a fall at work, ended up at a&e knee very swollen and bruised told would have to see consultant. This would be the same consultant that operated on me fifteen months earlier. After that operation I was told I have an issue with this knee and next time it will need replacing.
Saw consultant today only to be told it's bruised and that I need physio. I have had these syptoms for years not just after this accident. He didnt even have the correct notes with him today. Feel fobbed off and still in pain
