Excellent service from commencement. Appointment booked by TRAQS within four days. Hospital appointment arranged within two weeks – offered choice of hospitals and dates.
Extremely efficient service one at RSH. Excellent examination and consultation with Mr Skinner who was very informative and reasoning. Altogether a very positive experience.
Referral was by my GP whose practice is in Newport. The practice is well staffed with lovely receptionists, excellent GP and a very good appointments system. The service is second to none – outstanding!
