"Everybody has been polite and charming"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I saw my GP last December – he agreed I have tinnitus and referred me to a Dr Bowyer of ENT at PRH.

I saw Dr Bowyer in January, he has decided to have my ear scanned.

So far, so good. Everybody has been polite and charming. No problems whatsoever.
