It took a long time to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. I had injured my shoulders and I was given advice on certain stretches and exercises to use. By the end of my second session I walked out pain free. Some pain did return after doing some heavy work but was only to be expected. I am well pleased with the treatment I received. I originally injured my shoulders in May last year and had begun to think I had a chronic problem that was not ever going away, now I see light at the end of the tunnel!
