"The staff on ward F16 are amazing"

I have been on Ward F16 three times in the last 6 months for surgical procedures and each time the staff have been absolutely fantastic. The doctors and anaesthetists took a lot of care to ensure I was prepared for the op and very promptly came to see me afterwards to answer any concerns. The nursing and healthcare staff are so kind, caring and compassionate - even when they are short staffed and very busy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they respond so quickly, and are always cheerful and chatty. The ward is spotless and everyone is so professional. Thank you for the great care you gave me.
