What I liked

Some of the nursing staff were friendly and had a warmth.

What could be improved

I had asked my wife to keep some other visitors away and that was not adhered to by the nurses on one of the wards, even tho it was on my notes. Once my wife drew this to the attention of the staff it was resolved.

Anything else?

I was very poorly and almost lost my life. The fact that I am here today is due to the staff at St Richards.
