"Maternity Outpatient's Unit"

We have has occasions to visit the hospital throughout the course of this year and have found the service to be helpful and professional. Nurses and midwives have responded to any concerns with appropriate levels of advice, empathy and respect while still maintaining an approachable friendly disposition. They have been great at signposting antenatal classes and providing us with timely advice. One aspect we feel could benefit from attention is the haphazard, almost messy looking office - this is perhaps in keeping with the rest of the hospital which could really benefit from a tidy up. No more signs typed and stuck to all available wall space please! Well done staff, a great service - please keep it up!
