Ok. So I am terrified of needles and pain.
This does not seem to be a justifiable or real reason for nursing, secretarial and administration staff to snigger at me down the telephone, because I am nervous about coming in to receive pain relieving injections that, to begin with, hurt more than the pain I suffer from.
I will now go privately for my treatment.
