"All four of our kids were delivered ..."

About: The Whittington Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

All four of our kids were delivered at the Whittington and two might have died if it had not been for the quick and smart reactions of the medical staff. They have one of the best intensive care units for new-born babies in the country

What could be improved

You can still wait a very long time in A&E and last time i went it still appeared they were seeing people in a completely random order. I'm sure they are not, but the logic of what they are doing is not communicated and is therefore v frustrating

Anything else?

corridors etc not as clean as they might be

Sorry that we did not respond to you sooner. I am so glad you had a positive experience of the NICU unit. I am sorry however about the lack of information in the Emergency Department. This is something we have been working on and information is available about waiting times and how patients are prioritised.

Yours
