"terrible follow up from urology department"

I had an emergency caesarian during which my bladder was damaged, i had an indwelling urinary catheter placed and was told i would need to keep this in for 2 weeks before having a cystogram to check the bladder is healed before removing the catheter. I had 5 days in hospital after my operation, during that time no one from urology checked on me and the ward staff found it near impossible to contact them . I am now 15 days post op and still have recieved no contact at all from urology, despite it being chased up by various hospital staff. I feel completely let down after a traumatic birth, operation, and hospital stay i then got an infection in my caesarian wound, and looking after a newborn and dealing with a urinary catheter is just too much! I have no.confidence that this is going to get sorted out any time soon.
