"Outpatients operation"

I had a Lipoma removed from my head above my right ear on 18 Feb 2014. The op. went well. Unfortunately my shirt collar was covered in blood after the op. Whatever measures were put in place by the theatre staff to prevent this from ocurring did not work. Is there any chance of the hospital cleaning the shirt for me?
