"First class"

This morning I had an appointment at the Family History/Breast Cancer Clinic. The referral was made by my GP in December. Given this was not an emergency, I was happy with the wait time. My appointment this morning started on time at 10:15 and finished on time at 10:45. Given the results of the screening, the nurse said I would need a mammogram. They were able to accommodate me immediately and I was finished and out the door by 11am. This was my second time at DVH and again I was very impressed. I was seen on time, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and the hospital clean and bright. My first visit was to A&E and again I was see quickly (that being relative as it was potential serious but not an emergency) and the staff were professional and friendly. Should I have a choice about hospitals, I would certainly choose DVH over any of the others in my area. Thank you for the fine service and keep up the good work!
