Instead of using public money and taxes to employ people to collect and compile statistics on useless schemes like this, why don't you just leave the health service (which is the envy of the world) and hard-working staff, to get on with the job. It's difficult enough without your interference and politically-correct criticism using expensive schemes like this as another unnecessary headache to cope with.
P.S. In view of the constant MRSA threat, you'd be better employed scrubbing the ward floors.
