The theater admission staff excellent. The theater staff excellent and reassuring. The surgeon and colleague first class. Staff on Kepple ward very good except one who had no time for patients and left me in retention for 2.5 hours after bladder scanning me to find 1000mls in my bladder. This is the only thing I can say made me feel vulnerable and on the last nights stay on the ward meds where given late by her as she said I made her extra work by catheterising me on my first nights stay
