"Faulty parking machine"

About: University Hospital Aintree

After paying £4 into the machine it failed to to recognize my payment so I pressed the help button and explained the fault. The speaker then requested my surname, told me to go go to check out, press the help button repeat my name and the barrier would be raised. I did as insructed several times and then realised there was a queue of cars behind me with one very irate lady also shouting into the machine to raise the barrier,so I think you should get your house in order and get the machines serviced more often. This is not the first time this happened. Colin Richardson
