They were kind curteous and looked after me so well

Dear Rab39,

Thank you so much for praising the staff in the endoscopy unit at WIshaw. Karen the senior charge nurse in this area works very hard with her medical and nursing colleagues to try and make sure her patients get the best possible care.

I am so pleased that you found this at what must have been quite an anxious time for you.
