many Thanks for your comment. Our staff are very dedicated to their Nursing roles, and I appreciate the feedback, and also acknowledge that they are incredibly busy. With new ways of working in the future, we aim to put the Patient at the centre of everything we do, and maximise Patient contact time by reducing bureaucracy which is also a valuable part of PAtient care.
