(as a service user),

My care worker Matt is very thorough, very nice and very patient. I feel he is with me where others have let me down (including my psychiatrist).

If there were more people like Matt then the world would be a better place. I cannot speak any more highly of the gentleman.

I hope it helps you to know the good that Matt and people like him can accomplish.
