About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Princess Royal Hospital.

I had physiotherapy for damaged hamstrings.

Always find it a quality-of-life change after physio, thought recovery has been prolonged.

Experience at hospital generally good apart from one time in reception when I was delayed almost an hour and referred to the wrong physio!
