"It doesn't seem that WHH can cope"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / General surgery

(as a relative),

Wont go into the details of Mums 'treatment' as it would take too long but since late Jan she has been in WHH, K and C, back to WHH and finally to Tunbridge Wells.

It doesn't seem that WHH can cope. The staff are too busy to administer basic care, pain relief took hours to arrive, buzzers went unanswered. Mum was often left extremely distressed and had to ring home to get us to ring the ward to get answers for her as well as to chase them up with pain relief. In my opinion it appeared to be woeful and potentially dangerous care.
