Went in for a blood test. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the phlebotomist. my vein is so faint hence it is always difficult to draw blood for testing. I must commend this lady that got it just on one attempt. The whole environment is clean, friendly and tidy. Even the volunteers are always at their feet to help. Well done.
