"Fantastic Team @ Basingstoke Hospitals A&E"

Just want to say I received fantastic service at Basingstoke A&E this afternoon, I know most people only moan and fill these in when there displeased with the service, but thought I would just say how impressed I was with the team on duty. From the moment I arrived to filling in the paperwork which took minutes to a member of staff seeing me within 5 minutes of being seated, couldn't of asked for better service. The nurse practitioner was polite, friendly and surprisingly good humoured for that time of night :) I was in and out within 20 minutes, and not being from the area she even wrote the address down of the nearest pharmacy for my sat nav.
