The service and care were excellent.
The only one thing wrong was the warmth of the bed linen. My mother is 83 years old and one cotton sheet and blanket was not enough. Each night the nurse put on lots of top blankets but these had no warmth.
Each day we had to bring bed socks and jacket but she was always cold, which is not helping her recovery. Why can they not have a blanket with some warmth in instead of the cotton blanket? These are old people they feel the cold more.
