"Rheumatology"

About: Fairfield General Hospital

At my appointments I am always told to ring the help line for this department if my condition flares up between appointments. Today I rang the helpline to be told the times and days they are open, I phoned at the time they said they are open only to be given opening times and no chance to speak to anyone. Waste of my time and waste of a service. I am in pain and no one to talk to about it
