"Rupert bear ward incident on 15/02/2014"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Rupert bear ward staff will be reported as this just happened in the morning on 15/02/14. My daughters' sats monitor was going off which woke me up to find noone was attending to it. I went outside to find there was no staff at the nurses station but a baby who was sleeping in a bouncer. A blue chair was strategically placed to ensure that of course when you go to the toilet you dont trip over the baby... I got no apologies when i mentioned to one of the nurse's about my daughter's monitor going off but excuses that they she was attending another patient.. When i asked her "what about the baby who was left alone at the station" i didn't get an answer but a walk out of the room really speedily... Ever since i spoke out about what i saw our nurses are now Manning the station... Do they honestly think parents sleep? I don't even want to give a star... I will be reporting this today.. Due to policies i didnt take a picture for fear of breaking the policies of child protection... But it would have been incriminating...
