Obtained obs and gynae appointment through choose and book with about 3-4 weeks wait. Procedure could not be completed in the clinic so was booked in for day surgery.

Dr Davies was impressed that my gp had given me a copy of a recent scan. My gp sent the results to the hospital but printed the report out as she had previous experience of results not getting to the right hospital department. Registrar Dr Davies called through and gave me the appointment there and then. Again, only 3 week wait.

Upon looking at my diary and my sons schedule I phoned and left a message for the appointments secretary Tina Hughes who promptly returned my call. She listened to why if possible it would be beneficial to change my appointment, discussed the situation with Mr Wynn who agreed to the change.

I was really impressed with the whole booking procedure but especially the customer service from Tina. Thank you.
