About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I saw “Mr Scott” about a hearing loss – he was so kind and thorough, he sent me for an MRI scan of my head and neck as I had a problem a year or so earlier with my throat.

I had breast cancer five years ago so you are more aware of these problems.

I had an appointment to see him for results – all was fine. He was a charming, kind man who put my mind at rest.
