About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

First visit to PRH physiotherapy department in November. Saw a very nice physio – Jo B. She gave me exercises to try.

On second visit she added more exercises and issued a walking stick, and referred me on for six hydrotherapy sessions. After the hydrotherapy I went back to see Jo.

My knee by now had not improved and I was in fact gradually worsening. It was her opinion that I should now be referred to a specialist to improve my mobility, hopefully with further intervention – several possibilities but specialists will discuss.
