About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Donnington Medical Practice.

Excellent service from speaking to the urgent care nurse to seeing the GP. Within minutes an ECG was organised, review with GP who explained in detail his findings and what he proposed to do.

Within 24 hours of referral I was contacted by TRAQS.
