About: Salford Royal

(as the patient),

Anything else?

Having been refered to Salford Hospital for treatment as Urgent from my GP I received a letter from Salford Royal marked ' non-urgent ' for an appointment 4 weeks later in Aug 08, on attending i was extremely disappointed in the way i was examined ( or the lack of it ) given numerous prescriptions and asked to come back in 4 weeks by the specialist, the nearest appointment date was nearer 2 months which was cancelled to 24th Dec 08, than cancelled again to 21st Jan 09 and again cancelled to 8th April 09 and who's to say it won't be cancelled again - at present i'm still using the prescription's that was for originally for 4 weeks which is still ongoing till my next appointment 7 months later and still waiting to see a specialist.

Try to avoid this hospital
