Whilst 11 weeks pregnant and suffering bleeding and after being turned away from North Manchester General three times by rude incompetant staff I rang this hospital on behalf of my sister. After the stressful day we had been through at North Manchester this hospital was brilliant from the moment I made the call. My sister was treated with respect and care from the moment she arrived at the emergency early pregnancy clinic. Even though she had to wait for a scan she felt cared for which was helpful at a traumatic time after NMGH had left her feeling like she didnt matter to them and they didnt care about her baby one bit. I would like to thank the staff for the way they treated her and her partner in what turned out to be one of the worst days of their lives.
