Finally managed to disclose my abusive childhood after suffering an acute breakdown and eventually diagnosed with PTSD.
Received no compassion or support from the Crisis Team despite being suicidal. All they were interested in was trying to get me to report to the police. At best indifferent and at worst contemptuous.
Having a bath is not advice for coping with suicidal ideation.
