What I liked
the nursing staff on the liver unit are very efficient and friendly. tv,magazines and water always available. welcoming person upstairs.
What could be improved
smokers are slowly making their way back to the outside of the Chancellors wing. As i attend the liver unit every 6weeks it gets a bit busy with them even though security and staff are there no one says or does any thing!!!!!
Anything else?
wonderful new car park. good system apart from the fact that if you are held up in the hospital like i am due to patients from her majesty,s pleasure only wanting to see consultants not the under studies or lack of doctors and other doctors spending over half an hour on one patient when that patient went 20 mintues previously. I get charged for the whole duration which sometimes can be quite expensive as i am a single parent on benefits coming from Mirfield. could you devise a system where long term patients can buy a parking permit so therefore dont encur charges which arent thier fault.
