(as the patient),

I am a service user at Grantham Addaction, and my keyworker Lucy Burgess is amazing, she listens, and allways helps me with my problems, since Lucy has been my keyworker I have stopped using heroin and I feel so much better now I am providing negative samples, I don't think, I would be clean if it wasn't for the help of Lucy burgess and my partner. Thank you very much Lucy you been a great help.

I am so pleased that you have had such a positive response from Addaction and your key worker Lucy. It is fantastic news that you have stopped using heroin, well done!
