About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Referred due to knee pain and swelling by local GP.

Seen within 2 months.

First referred through history taking and given exercises. Second referral for physio for four months. Very caring physios.

Excellent explanations and help with exercises. Offered a choice of times for appointment and prompt service.

Very happy with service.
