"Good care on C4 at Royal Bolton"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward C4 at the Royal Bolton hospital last month. The staff on the ward were all very good and helped to put me at ease.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the ward - the floors, in particular, could have done with cleaning.

Thank you to Mr Wykes and the nursing staff on C4.

It is concerning to hear that you felt the cleanliness of the ward was not satisfactory as this is something that we consider to be very important. We have passed your comments on to the Matron covering that ward for her to pick up.
