About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I have recently moved so I needed to go to a local eye clinic. My doctor organised it and I had a call from your organisation and was able to choose an eye hospital that is close to my new address.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. TRAQS was established in June 2012 at the request of GPs in the Telford and Wrekin area to ensure that all patients receive a choice of where to attend for their first out patient appointment when being referred by their GP for further care.
