To the Community team, Mansfield.

Thank you for all you have done to make the last weeks of mum's life as comfortable as possible, you all have given comfort and support beyond all expectations.

Thank you all once again.

A special thank you to Lisa for the support through a very difficult time for her daughter.

Thank you for taking time out to send your thanks to Mansfield Community Nursing Team. It is always good to receive feedback from our service users's carers. It is positive for staff members to be thanked for what they see as 'just doing their job' so I will definately pass on your thanks to Lisa.
