"I came away feeling quite satisfied"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Donnington Dermatology.

Arriving quite early for my appointment because of the bus service, I expected to wait at least half an hour before I was seen. I was seen by a nurse in 5 minutes.

She took all my details and inspected my leg (the reason for my visit). Whilst waiting for the doctor to come and look the nurse made me feel quite at ease chatting away to me.

Everything was explained to me clearly and I came away feeling quite satisfied.
