What I liked

I have needed several admissions to the Hallamshire hospital for an ongoing condition and have always been treated with the utmost respect and genuine compasionate care. The staff all work hard, and the ward was cleaned thoroughly. The hospital is equiped with some exellent medics with the facilities and staff team to be able to dianose and treat some specialised areas. I am very thankful that I finnally recieved a diagnosis of my neurological condition here after many months of misdiagnosis.

What could be improved

Particularily on the day shift the staff nurses /sister were very stretched with duties only they could perform, however the support workers were always busy too. I honestly feel provision of at least one more qualified staff nurse is needed on the wards. Having said this my questions and needs were always met, eventually.
