"Nowhere near enough hand sanitising units"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Only on my 2nd visit and by looking for it did I see one hand sanitiser which was right by the main unmanned reception desk. In my local hospital there are two hand sanitising units, one each side of all main entry doors that you cannot miss, with signs asking you to use them, and others dotted around near ward doors. The car park payment machines have been out of change for ages and it has cost even more to park than usual because the only option is to purchase something from the shop that you don't need, to obtain change. This hospital used to be very good but it feels as though it needs someone to shake up the managers who are responsible for the various services.
