"Waiting times are horrendous in A&E"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Came here at 430 with colleague it's now nearly 1030hrs and still waiting. I get the impression from the way the staff standing around and walking around there is no clear organisation. When asking about have we been missed we were advised you have been referred. The department is now empty and people walking round chatting while we still waiting. Even though I was born and proud of this hospital, I would not recommend the A&E in this hospital, your better off going to City Hospital you get seen quicker and efficiently. Thanks
