"111 Service Lincoln County"

I have been unfortunate in that I had to seek Medical attention on numerous occasions over the past year from the 111 service attached to Lincoln County Hospital. I found the admin/ non-clinical staff and nursing staff to be unhelpful, lacking empathy and compassion. They are always understaffed with significant delays. One cannot leave feedback as there is no patient information leaflets available in the waiting areas. The only positive comment I have is that the GPs I did get to see eventually were thorough and great assets to the service. It is a shame that Managers do not collate feedback so that they can improve the service!
