What I liked

I was there to seek advice on problems I was having by visiting the walk in centre, i had already rang up before hand and spoken to my GP who had made arrangements for me to come down therefore being seen quicker.

What could be improved

There could be a waiting time board in there, as many people in the waiting room said they had been sitting around for over 3 hours and had not been kept up to date with what was happening.
