At last an opportunity to comment.Unfortunatly my whole experience was awful.

What could be improved

The ward was not very clean. The ward was understaffed. At one point a lady was chastised for soiling herself after being told she could not go to the toilet yet as they were serving dinners and their was no one to help. A soiled adult nappy was left on my chair and only removed when I asked and the chair was not cleaned after. I frequently had to ask for my medication as the nurses appeared to overlook me. At no time did anyone introduce themselves or tell me what was happening. At the time I was 48 and able to (most of the time look after myself) The ward was full of elderly ladies who sadly were not treated with respect or dignity. I know we are in hospital not for luxuries but to simply get better but on several days we did not even get a hot drink.
