"Absolutley excellent"

I attended the Main Theatres reception clinic in order for my four wisdom teeth to be removed under general anaesthetic by the Oral & Maxillofacial Team. My experience was excellent, the staff were brilliant; both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities were extremely clean and the environment was very pleasant. I was slightly nervous before attending, but I was quickly reassured by the nurses and staff that spoke with me and the professional conduct of all the teams. I was made to feel that the staff truly cared about my welfare and experience. They were all very personable and I did not feel that I was "just another patient" at all. I would highly recommend any of my friends or family to attend this hospital, if required and would personally not have to think twice if I needed another procedure. After the operation, I was well looked after and reassured by being told that if I had any questions or further concerns that I could ring the department, which I have done and was provided with excellent advice.
