"Fantastic care and treatment with two exceptions"

Just the best clinical care received from all staff at a particularly frightening time for me. One of the Doctors was just amazing and I felt really cared for and I mattered as an individual. However whilst staying in the hospital on the wards I could hear everything being said to those in our 6 bedded unit. The other issue is there are not enough medical/nursing staff, it does not seem right that people should be totally exhausted at the end of a days work, too much for too few people to do.
