I went to the Dr at Merchiston Surgery when I started to bleed whilst pregnant. I was told by my GP that spotting during pregnant can be normal and sent home.
We found out at the 12 week scan that I had miscarried at 6wks 5days. Instead of one of the happiest days it turned out to be the worst.
We feel that the way miscarriages are dealt with should be standardised.
