(as a relative),

Very satisfied with treatment, went into optician on time.

Very friendly and polite which is what my mother needs as she suffers with Alzheimer’s.

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated. Although your mothers referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to your mothers treatment therefore I am unable to comment on this in further detail.

Nevertheless, TRAQS is very pleased to hear that you are happy with the heathcare that your mother has received and we wish her all the best with any future treatment.
